Technical Support Requests

To request technical support for your Lavry product, please send an email to techsupport@lavryengineering.com or call our office at 1-360-881-0540 during business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM PST).

Our support staff will attempt to answer technical questions and trouble-shoot problems. Any product returned to Lavry Engineering must have an RMA number assigned to it prior to shipment. Lavry Engineering reserves the right to refuse delivery of any products returned without an RMA number.

In order to issue an RMA, we require the following information:

  1. Name of owner (is it your name or a studio/business name?)
  2. The owner’s address
  3. The owner’s contact phone number and/or email
  4. Date of purchase
  5. Dealer from whom the unit was purchased
  6. Serial number (on bottom cover near back- a number like 5XXXX)
  7. The shipping address for the return shipment (someone must sign for the package)
  8. A phone number at that address (required for shipping)

Lavry Engineering reserves the right to determine the warranty status of any products returned as defective upon receipt and examination at the factory location. Charges may apply if a unit returned as defective under warranty is found to be functioning normally and to meet specification.

There is a non-refundable minimum charge of $98 for the non-warranty return of any LavryBlack product. This is the cost for one hour of technical labor. We examine the unit and make an estimate of the total cost of the repair and return shipping, and send it to you for approval prior to making the repair. If you approve the estimate, the balance of the one hour included in the minimum charge is applied to the repair. If additional labor is required, it is billed at $98/hour. Parts are additional.

If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the repair, you would still be responsible for the minimum charge plus all shipping costs.

There is a non-refundable minimum charge of $196 for the non-warranty return of any LavryBlue or LavryGold product. This is the cost for two hours of technical labor. We examine the unit and make an estimate of the total cost of the repair and return shipping, and send it to you for approval prior to making the repair. If you approve the estimate, the balance of the two hours included in the minimum charge is applied to the repair. If additional labor is required, it is billed at $98/hour. Parts are additional.
