Matt Bayles was a founding member of Seattle band Minus the Bear. Choosing to relinquish his roll as a synth player in 2006, he has refocused himself as a producer and engineer; producing records for bands such as Mastodon, Isis, Minus the Bear, The Sword, Mono, Murder City Devils, Botch, The Blood Brothers.
Bayles currently owns and operates Red Room Recording in Seattle.
