Bernie Grundman has been called one of the living legends of the music business. His most notable works include Carol King’s “Tapestry”, Steely Dan’s “Aja”, Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”, Prince’s “Purple rain”, and Dr. Dre’s “The Chronic”.
He has won a GRAMMY, 14 TEC Awards, and been nominated dozens of times besides. A former employee of Contemporary Records, he went on to become head of the mastering department at A&M Records before establishing his own studios in Los Angeles and Tokyo.
